Camps

Day Camp

Our Day Camp Hockey School runs from approximately 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. every day ( dependent upon group). We incorporate three to four groups of students from the ages of 5 to 14 who attend everyday Monday through Friday.

 

Players will take part in over 30 hockey related activities during the week. Our program includes 2-2.5 hours of on-ice training per day, as well as classroom instruction, dry-land, plyometric training, and off-ice puck shooting. Our program combines both strength and skill training that will help develop your child's hockey ability.

There are three to four age groups that are taught by two to five instructors. Our mission is to develop young hockey players and turn them into hockey stars!!!

Conditioning Camp

Our conditioning camps are designed for both male and female participants. They are designed to operate in the evening to accommodate people's work schedules and help get you and your team ready for this year's hockey season.

 

Camps start between 5:30pm and 7 pm in the evenings and run for approximately 3 hours. It runs for five days Mon-Fri. The program incorporates approximately 2hrs of on-ice training per night and 1 hour of dry-land conditioning. This is an intense physical program that is designed to get you into "Peak Performance" for the new season.
